We would like to inform the public that there has been established a GRIEVANCE MECHANISM FOR ROAD CLEARING IN THE CITY OF CAVITE
By virtue of Executive Order No. 08, s. 2021 issued by the Hon. City Mayor Bernardo S. Paredes, as mandated by the national government thru DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2020-027 “through which the citizens can report unresolved obstructions, provide suggestions and air out implementation concerns”. Section 1 of the said EO identified the physical location of the Grievance Mechanism Desk wherein the public can file their complaints or concerns, and is categorized as follows:
1. For Parking and Vehicular Concerns – Cavite City Police Station, Zulueta Road, San Roque, Cavite City and Emergency Operations Center, Regada Avenue, San Roque, Cavite City.

2. For Structures – Office of the City Engineer, 2nd Floor, New City Hall Building, J. Ibañez St., San Roque, Cavite City

3. For Vendors – Business Permit and Licensing Office, Ground Floor, New City Hall Building, J. Ibañez St., San Roque, Cavite City

Public may also access via social media thru the Virtual Grievance Mechanism for any road clearing concerns and its implementation, and may register through to fill-out the necessary forms provided thereto.
