Step 2 – Sign logbook as proof of receipt of
> Owner’s copy of Tax Declaration
> Notice of Assessment
Requirements
> Photocopy of Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT)
> Deed of Conveyance (Deed of Sale, etc.)
> Real Property Tax Clearance for the current year
> Certificate Authorizing Registration (BIR)
> Other documents (such as Special Power of Attorney)
Required Fee / Tax on transfer of real property ownership (Ordinance No. 2014-3404)
